At St Columba C of E Primary School, we believe in providing our pupils with enriching experiences that go beyond the classroom. Our residential trips are a cornerstone of our commitment to a complete and fulfilling education, offering pupils the opportunity to learn, grow, and forge lasting friendships in unique and inspiring environments.
Our carefully curated trips for our Year 6 pupils, blend education with adventure and are designed to align with our curriculum, providing students with hands-on experiences that extend beyond the traditional classroom setting.
The residential trip offers pupils the chance to develop essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. Activities like group challenges, outdoor adventures, and individual challenges contribute to personal growth and resilience.
For 2024, our Year 6 pupils will be visiting Avon Tyrrell and enjoying a full range of exciting activities from archery to mountain biking and paddle-boarding to geocaching.
